Ok, so it rained buckets the other day and the bus stop on North across from the Red Line station was still flooding and passengers that wait in the bus shelter are sprayed with plumes of dirty gutter water. CTA passengers are forced to wait away from the bus stop under the CB2 storefront in order to get out of the path of the plumes of gutter water sprayed by passing vehicles. This should be addressed ASAP. We should encourage the use of public transit instead of discouraging it by subjecting the passengers to such deplorable infrastructure.

Wow, I have posted this issue for nearly a year now. Will there ever be a status update about fixing this from the agency that has to do this?

Still a huge water problem at this bus stop. How long will it take to fix? Been over a year that this report has been out there, and the problem has been around for many years.
