The City is aware of the complaint(s) surrounding 505 E. Green Avenue. The orginal request has not been removed or blocked as we do not have the ability or authority to do so.

While the City, at this time, does not have the authority to regulate how a homeowner rents out their home or rooms, we are concerned about the parking issue. Recently, a letter has been sent to the homeonwer notifying them of the complaints that we have been receiving and have asked that the owner and their guest(s) be mindful of the surrounding residents and to park in a manner that does not block sidewalks and or driveways.

No response has been received from the property owner and no calls have been received any recent reports or phone calls regarding any potential violations.
