That doesn’t look like private property - next to the curb that is public easement isn’t it?

Moved the other one off my condo property to the boulevard. Think leaving on the sidewalk or next to buildings is rude. At night hard to see on sidewalk (has happened before) and presents tripping hazard.

The city has a permitting process for them now, they're allowed to dump them on public property/right of way (but not in the way on the sidewalk). They pick up every one of them every day in the evening for charging, don't worry about it.
