I own the building & business just to the north. The trash is blowing onto my property & the grass/weeds haven't been cut all summer.

A. Yes, various trash, weeds & grass haven't been cut all summer. It is a vacant lot, used to be The Windjammer Restaurant. It was sold, the building was razed earlier this summer. The vacant lot has not been maintained at all since the sale.
Q. Is the vacant lot fenced in? If so, is there a locked gate?
A. Not fenced
