I agree. The patch was applied over the potholes and the surface that remained resulting in a new speed bump that still has the depressions from the pavement that was missing. They also completely ignored the damaged roadway between the sections that was as bad as where the patch was applied. This section, and the next block westbound needs some serious fixing! By the way... I was told by a city employee that 40th is scheduled for paving... AFTER THE BRIGDE IS DONE!
