previous owner has sold the property. New owner is doing remodel inside and out. There will be a housing case on it that I am monitoring. If the exterior is not complete in 60 days I will send a letter to start the official case. I believe the house will be in good repair and no longer an impairment to the neighborhood in a reasonable time frame.

update from 9/5/18: while I'm not 100% sure what's going on, it appears that the new owner is hand-demolishing the property. If it is a reno, he is taking the structure back to the absolute shell of a house. He's removed all but the outermost frame of the upper airplane bungalow portion of the house, all of the lower rear of the house, and today he's removing most of the front. The house is open to the elements with missing windows and only a piece of plywood for a door. The house is supported by wood planks positioned diagonally around the perimeter of the house. The person working on it is being tidy enough with using the dumpster though there's no fencing around the property to keep people out and the property is in a very open state in regards to public safety. If this property is being renovated, that's a positive development but based on the current state of the house, it will require considerable work to bring it into compliance in less than 2 months. I would appreciate an additional follow-up. Thank you.
