Description

The guardrail on Bradford Avenue is tilting back away from the road, causing the asphalt to split parallel to the traffic pattern. It looks like the road is beginning to wash into the water. I've seen this type of crack one other time, and within a few months that road had disintegrated. The recent heavy rains may have had some impact.
