She is lying she does not work for the city. I asked her if she registered with the police department and if she did where was her badge from the city. She then confessed she didn’t. I told her I was going to call the police and she left.

There are many companies going around asking to "see your bill" so they can "help" you lower your rates.
You do NOT have to show anyone any of your bills, for any reason.
If you see individuals going to door to door in your neighbor, please call us and we will check their credentials- if they have any.

Advised the City has not sent anyone door o door to check utility bills, Do not provide any information to door to door sales, when in doubt call us directly and we will send a car to the area
