Description

The resident at 5 has started a pallet business fixing and repairing them. They bring truck and trailer loads in and out, constantly outside working on them all hours of the day, sawing, hammering, and banging. He starts around 7am and will end about 9:00-10:00pm. Also it is a fire hazard because of the unknown chemicals that are on and in the pallets. He over loads the truck and trailer and then drives down the road. Many neighbors have complained and are tired of looking at the eye soar and hearing the noise.
