Russell talks about stalking and court but he has been avoiding service since July 20 and moved out of his mothers house into his RV a long long way from here to avoid service and having to go to court.

Euclid Heights Neighbors take up your brooms and sweep away these pooping interlopers when they enter your yards. You all have a clear photo of this woman with her tongue out, imagine her before she stuck it out walking down your street and walk to the edge of your yard with your broom and begin sweeping and yell Whoooo Whoo. this will most certainly scare the poop out of the woman or the dog. You will then get to pick it up because she will not. However, it is unlikely she will ever darken the sidewalk in front of your house again. As a Euclid Neighbor if you hear your neighbor Whoooo, whooooing rush to your front door with your broom and get out to the street and whooo too.

I sent a note to the mayor on the poop problem and he is likely to say the police can't cite the woman unless the dog poops in front of the officer. If we all work together to get a Pavlov effect from our whoooing we might just get an officer with a good whooooo attitude that can make the arrest.
