A lot of people don't care. It's a shame that people pay taxes and let their property look so sloppy or they park cars,trucks,boats in their front yards and get away with it.

If you live in this area, and are that concerned about your neighborhood, you would know that this man usually takes very good care of his yard. He’s usually out there on his riding mower quite often, actually. A few neighbors and myself have discussed calling about a well visit, as we have not seen him out in a while. I’m not sure if a complete stranger can do this, or if it’s any of our business, but it is a concern. It’s out of the ordinary for sure. Maybe have some compassion. Maybe he’s sick? Maybe his mower broke? If everyone came from a place of understanding, things would be a whole lot better :)
