Correction: after reviewing the attached photo, it appears the reported vehicle is in the street and would therefore need to be reported to law enforcement. Law enforcement issues (like illegal street parking or other illegal activities, abandoned/inoperative vehicles in the street, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the St. Petersburg Police Department by calling 727-893-7780 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies.)

as follow up, the police dept says they cant do anything because vehicle is not moving and is technically legally parked
