New speed limit posted on wait ave near merge at jones dairy . 45 MPH limit NOT being enforced !
Motorists ignoring change and still traveling at 60-70 mph . Most dangerous is construction vehicles ! Dump trunks . Impossible to enter roadway safely from any cross street .
