8/22/18 Officer has made multiple visits to this location and several citations have been issued.

Dog has charged someone again tonight. We called animal control and they said they would send a deputy but the sheriff's Dept has no record of this request. Please act. Next call is to City commissioners.

Officer And deputy should already be on scene. Our department contacted the sheriffs office to have a deputy meet us over there. It is possible when you inquired about this they had not processed the call yet. I am opening a dangerous dog investigation.

Deputy and officer spoke to owner. Because the owner has been cited numerous times he was told if the dog gets loose again, all animals will be removed and he will be receive state charges.
