Public Works Dispatch assigned this issue to Police Department

I have been calling the office about once a week for the last 1.5 months now, if the van is parked fine could you let me know, if it is parked illegally close to the stop sign/corner please ticket so they move it. It is a turning hazard and has not moved for said period of time. We have even talked to the guy and he refuses to move it
