Placed cone on sinkhole

Used mortar to repaired hole in C/B at the bottom of pipe. Needs to be dye tested

Dye tested again and repaired leak at the bottom of pipe. Needs to dye testing again

Re-dye test. No leaks. Cut and remove sidewalk. Pack clay fill in hole. Pack flbc for sidewalk base. Form and pour cement for sidewalk. Remove forms and dress up with topsoil and grass seed
