Sidewalk and garbage are still ongoing at this property. Broken sidewalk violates ADA accessibility and people with strollers. Also hazardous for commuters.

A Housing Code Enforcement Officer is scheduled to investigate this complaint on 11.01.2018 between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The Officer will call the number listed from a blocked number upon his arrival.

Officer Martinez was at the property on 11.01.2018 and the owner is being notified of the violation. We will re-inspect to confirm that the issue is being corrected.

Summons are really not doing much to resolve the issue. Should the city be responsible for the tripping hazard/ sidewalk? What about street garbage?
