"SLOB from the EMBANKMENT BUILDING"
This lazy slob gives all dog owners (and dogs) a bad name. He's a renter from the Embankment building. All we have gotten from that new building is people that park illegally, stop in front illegally, and leave their dog's mess all around. This is not the first time but it's on camera now. Next time I'll deliver it back to his doorman!!!!
What's going to happen when the other one opens????
