Description

Trash bins have now been left curbside all the time, for weeks. The tenants had been given, a few months ago, a print-out out of Gainesville rules governing trash and recycle bins. This technique worked for a while.
Another issue: there are often 5 to 7 trucks parked at the house, all on 23rd drive. They park all over the lawn since there isn't enough parking spots for all of them. In addition there are at least two motorcycles always there. I don't know how many people live there.
