I hope you keep on top of this. I hate when it goes out on weekends when no one is around to fix it. Thanks

I'm reopening this issue. We still need a backup generator installed for when the power goes out and we are deluged with water, as in a hurricane. Also I keep reading that the maintenance crew keeps replacing fuses. Has anyone checked why the fuses are blowing? Maybe run current checks on the motors, measure winding resistance, etc.
