Those food carts are stable or they would not be able to be used at all. I would expect inspection sometime next week.

So now whoever is operating this truck is disposing of food service waste in flimsy black plastic bags that were broken into last night by vermin. Skunk smell all night. This was also reported several weeks ago on see click fix. Allegedly a warning and summons for other garbage was issued. If that's the case it didn't solve the problem. Please somehow get the property owner to correct this. Thank you

The warning and summons was allegedly issued several weeks ago for other improperly stored garbage. This is an ongoing issue th at hasn't been resolved.

The only tool the city has to address this would be a summons. Sometimes it takes multiple summonses before an action is corrected. I will set up a separate inquiry for the trash.

Zoning will issue a violation.

REHS inspector advice the food truck vendor they can't no longer operated and conduct business and removed vendor from the site.

This wasn't about the vendor. It was about the truck being stored on the sidewalk at 17 Beach st. It's still being stored at 17 Beach and is a mess. That's the issue

The REHS inspector order the food vendor truck to be removed and out of service license no longer usable and case closed from our end . PLEASE BE AWARED THAT COMPLAINT ABOUT FOOD VENDOR TRUCK BE PARK IN FRONT THE PROPERTY IS INVESTIGATED BY ZONNING AND PARKING AUTHORITY AND POLICE PLEASE REFER THIS TO REPECTFULL AGENCIES .

As per Health Dept, this food truck no longer has a valid Health Dept license. Zoning is in the process of issuing violations on their end.

When was the license suspended? The truck is on Summit at Pershing Field selling food every day.

not for nothing... but... this screams “Vendetta!”... Wow!... someone has got “issues”...

That garbage noted was not related to the food truck. If the food truck has a violation they should fix it. I have found them to be an invaluable asset at Pershing Field Park because we have no nearby source at all for water for the park users. They are very clean and popular. I have eaten their food many times. Maybe the issue is that people do not like to have their neighborhood looking like people who work hard for a living on food trucks live there instead of an imagined "higher" class. This is a working class immigrant neighborhood and this sounds like class discrimination to me. People cannot make a living if they cannot safely store their truck. Its not hurting anyone. Is it?
