Great, thanks. I also requested the tree to the right of our driveway be looked at. I believe it is my neighbor's tree and he believes it's county owned. It's damaging my driveway very badly and the roots are way above ground. He's fine with it being looked at and removed if you agree. we wont remove tree because of this type of root issue if it is damaging driveway the homeowner can cut back the surface roots from the driveway or if damaged that bad it would be referred to the gentlemen that takes care of concrete aprons and such.

Would still like to discuss. More than just a driveway issue. Also removing roots would likely kill tree. When do you expect to come by? Thanks

i will send this to the gentlemen that handles this type of issue and see what his response is , to see if they can repair without too much damage to roots and go from there

Are you also able to come take a look? The issue with the roots and driveway is one thing, but we have three large trees in our relatively small front yard. Over recent years as the trees have matured, our grass has turned to dirt. We've had multiple yard companies come look at it and they've all said to get grass to grow, one of the trees has to go. It seems to me with these two issues, taking this tree down would be the best solution. We would be open to replacing it with something smaller if necessary. Thanks

we do not remove live trees unless there is an issue and that would not be an issue for us to remove the tree

Russell came by today and said the driveway damage is in the county right of way so he will put in a request to have it fixed. He also said the tree in question encroaches past the county right of way and I should contact you before having removed at our expense. What is the next step? Thanks

Greg - I'd like to move forward with having the tree removed. Waiting to hear back from you. Left a voicemail message with you also last week. If I don't hear back by the end of the coming week, I will take that as the okay to have tree removed.
