Description
It feels like my car is going to loose suspension when going over that railways.
The asphalt there needs to be repaired. The rise level is off and has potholes around it.
Same goes for the useless "left out" railway at 38 California Ave. (down the street towards the mountain).

Wrote a letter to them a month ago - absolutely no response.
So this is how things are done in Framingham - by pointing fingers and giving absolutely no care to public safety & it's personal property.

Hi Elia. With all due respect - I've done my due diligence in reporting this issue. Spelled out exact location and described the nature of the incident. My claim was denied and forwarded to railroad company. Railroad company does not reply at all. You are now offering me to CALL (in 21st cenutry) somewhere else and explain them verbally what I and another 1000 people are complaining about AGAIN?!
I don't think it is suppose to work this way. I assume you are working in the SAME building with the "Director of Highway". Please just forward him the link to this page: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/4816252. It should be that easy. The problem speaks for itself.
Thank you.

There was ZERO work completed on this issue I can assure you of that. I drive on this road everyday.
1) How is asphalt roadway is related to the railroad company?
2) Why is this my responsibility to contact them? People in your city are not satisfied with the road condition. Do you expect them to maybe fix it themselves?!
I think you must escalate this issue to whoever forgot that he/she was elected by the people of Framingham to do their job right and to stop forwarding their citizens to the dead end roads.
