On 4-19-2018 two potholes were repaired on my street right in front of my house and they are both already becoming unraveled and apart and need repaving again. As you can see in the attached pics it's starting to come back apart and need fixing again. Thanks for responding and fixing it the first time so quickly but it definitely needs re-taring again.
