The property has been neglected for over 3 to 4 years, The last Property owner ( Mr. Ken Smith) contact was made in an effort to help with cleanup , No , response in over 3to 4 years , contact has been made with the developers on the Bowden Golf Course City construction, and MaconBibb Property Management. In an effort to enforce maintenance of the lake property. Overgrown, grass trees, bushes, and insects infested, snakes , Garbage, etc.
