Not done. I don't understand the DPW grass cutting service. I've read on SeeClickFix for other curbside strips differing responsibilities: one says it's homeowner's responsibility (from house to curb), other times I've seen that DPW/City has this grass cutting service once a month and will do it. Not entirely sure if it's the homeowners responsibility whether the homeowner is notified at all or how. I saw once case where the homeowner was sent a notice, but not sure if there is a consistent method of operation. Can you tell me?
Hi, this request was closed as completed on 08/28/2018 and another request for this issue was closed as completed on 11/01/2018. Is the bush still covering the sign? Also, overgrowth is the homeowner's responsibility from the property to the curb. In the event that the grass or bushes on their property are unkempt, an APD code enforcement case is created which results in a notice being sent to the homeowner. Anything in the right of way is the city's responsibility to maintain.
