Yes, the sidewalks on that block are absolutely filthy.

This flows from private property into the City's right of way. The property is not fenced and the chain that stopped public parking has been removed. Property is posted as no trespassing, but that is not being enforced. This used to be a city parking lot and was a community asset. Afterwards, the City Manager ordered the lot cleaned up and kept clean and chained. There is a Waste Management trash dumpster on site that is not being serviced and overflowing with trash.

Why is this lot constantly an issue? Keep it clean PW! Wish the city would buy it and make it back into a public parking lot.
