I agree,Dogs and people NOT cleaning up after them, cars like new york,hhhmmm.. like we need beat police officer in diamond ave and cort street/Blair ave/Foster street. are area is like drug dealers. and we do have nice people too, BUT we need police beat officer, quads running up and down streets, pockets rokets, electric motor bikes with children on them till like 9pm, 12 year old/5yearolds. dangerous. Thanks...north scranton needs police help, pedel bike officers/ something. Thanks.
