Description
This is a huge dead pine that has broken off at the base and has fallen into the telephone lines. I called Ga. Power and the Sheriff two nights ago because I saw it. It has been there more than 4 days now and I don't see how it hasn't fallen. It is completely across the roadway. It is very dangerous for traffic below.

I visited this location on 8-24-18. The leaning tree is ON the Macon-Bibb R/W. There are several other dead pines in the immediate area. Turning off Upper River Road onto Woodland there are 3 dead pines on the right side and 1 on the left side. To help a crew find them I placed a pink paint streak on the asphalt in front of each. I also placed a pink wire flagger on the R/W line behind each tree. All 4 are ON the Macon-Bibb R/W.
