Description

Twice over the past year I've witnessed cars (couldn't ID them) traveling North in the left lane go straight to the left of the island at this intersection, obviously either not seeing or ignoring the yellow centerline directing them to the right of the island. Not sure what can be done, nor whether this would ever happen if a car were heading South in its left lane, head-on to the north-bound car, which would likely make the person veer right back into their lane and around the island correctly.
