The property located at 46 Arlington drive is causing issues for the neighbors in the immediate area. There are approximately ten or more adults living on the property in what appears to be illegal additions. The issues and concerns are that every single adult has one or several vehicles registered to them. The vehicles cause a lot problems for the neighbors as there is no where to park since the vehicles are left on the street for days if not weeks without being moved. Several complaints have been filed with the abandoned vehicle hotline but it seems to have made issues worse as the residents located at 46 Arlington drive seem to think it is a joke since all they get is a 72 hour notice. Every time a 72 hour notice is issued they wait the entire 72 hours to move their vehicles on top of the several days they parked prior to the complaint. I hope someone can look into the property so as to avoid a ghost ship style disaster with the amount of people living in a single family residence which is obviously not up to building code for the amount of people living there.
