During the time since we became aware of this complaint, Animal Control Officers have frequented Pine Knoll neighborhood in an effort to address the concerns. At no time were any violations observed with respect to a dog name Drake belonging to After Hours Auto Repair. As such, no enforcement action was taken. Officers did speak to Dawn Parker and verbally warned of the leash law ordinance. However, our officers will continue to monitor this location and will address any violations.
