There have been a series of incidents where the same two pit bulls are at large and bite both people and other animals. Numerous complaints, more than three bites, and no action by the city. The neighbors do not feel safe walking on this street. This is located near a dog park (Crescent Lake) so many dogs walk through the neighborhood.

Even with such a horrible beginning, they are slowly learning how to be a functioning pack. Ashley has rearranged her and her husbands life to ensure these 2 dog are never unattended nor are they ever just loose. Ashley and her husband have installed a large privacy fence with an almost 7 feet buffer between the yard and the side walk in order to give these pups a feeling of security however that idea becomes useless when I see dog after dog being allowed to relieve themselves; literally ,on the fence and entrance to the front yard , trespassing over 6 ft onto private property. They suffered a big setback after the smaller Black Russell was attacked in their front yard by a large black dog that was off leash and unattended that got into the yard from the alley and roughly attempted to mount her and tore her vaginal area to the point that she had to be stitched up. I’m not sure what these people are attempting to do or what the agenda is other than to kill this families pets because they are a disliked breed. I looked at the Nextdoor post this person mentions and I am very disgusted by the threats of gun violence, assalt and wild accusations made by supposedly “good neighbors “and I would urge a member of the police department to investigate a few of the people that left comments.

Malcome i agree with all u wrote.
I'm very worried for those dogs.
I will assist any way i can.
Too many people have posted anger towards this location and these dogs..and things that will harm..mame..torture and kill these dogs..
I hope the owners arenon high alert to protect them.. from others.. i would not trust to leave dogs alone even in their the yard..
