Thirteen years ago when new streets were built in this subdivision, the company contracted to do the work dumped the old asphalt onto a vacant lot between 10546 and 10600 Steward NW. Ownership of this lot has changed a couple of times since then, but no one has done anything about this eyesore. There are still huge chunks of concrete on the back of the lot facing 10547 Redbud NW. Can anything be done about this?
