This issue has still not been addressed and the hole appears larger now.

This evening I watched a fellow walker step off the road to make herself safe from traffic at the intersection and almost step into this hole. It’s a hazard!

Inspected area on 10/31/18. Inlet box needs minor repair and sinkhole filled in with material, will add to work schedule. I placed a cone on top of sinkhole to make the area safe.

Thank you so much for addressing this-especially on Halloween! I was worried about a trick or treater getting injured!
Please be aware there is another sink hole in front of the drain that I noticed today. I took a picture but don’t see a way to attach it here.
