I and another owner of this complex have complained of a new neighbor who goes by the name of Ayo. Since he's moved in, on or around February 2018, there has been excessive noise including: loud music and bass, stomping around the house, and yelling/singing loudly in and outside of the apartment. The most recent was this morning, August 24, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. My neighbor and I have both spoken with Ayo in person to ask him to keep the noise down, however, he has an aggressive and hostile demeanor. Therefore, neither of us feel comfortable speaking to him. We've also contacted is landlord, Rajwant "Roger" Sekhon, to ask him to ameliorate the situation. Since Roger has never met Ayo and, as far as I know, has visited the property I don't know what measures he's taking to find a solution.
