This property has been inspected and confirmed to be in violation. A notice letter has been sent to the property owner regarding the condition of the property. The inspector will continue to work with the property owner until the violation has been corrected.

Code violation officer: the ownets notified Code Violation offcer was notified property is under a court ordered eviction; owner cannot touch property until correct time have passed for evicted tenants to move their belongings. NOTE: car has been removed and the week of September 3 , all other items will be removed and the entire area will be cleaned.

A letter was sent to code violations that the property was under a court eviction and the owner must abide hy all terms in the eviction order. The car has been removed and now the owner can get a dumpster for removal of other grbage. Owner could not touch anything until legal time has lapsed.
