I placed a call to despatch and it went to voice mail... waiting for them to show up turns out they kicked in one of the windows next to the door..

COV and VPD please remove these vagrants at all once, hold them accountable for the vandalism.
This is a prime example of why we can’t allow the homeless to camp in or around private or public property. They have no respect for other people’s property. Where there’s homeless you’ll almost always find trash, fires, and destruction of property.

Call 911 and explain that a crime is in progress.
List the crimes starting with breaking and entering or vandalism then trespassing... etc.
If needed go to the station on Amador St with pictures.
Demand action before this Bum escalates this in any way to threaten you or a employee with harm forcing you to defend your self.
Again Demand the the laws that protect you and your business are enforced in A Proactive manner not after crimes have been committed.

Not only has this news not been removed but now there is trash all over the sidewalk and this vagrant is sleeping under a blanket in that easy chair in the picture. Don’t the police drive past this area everyday? Why dont they stop and do something?

We need to introduce a Sit/Lie Ordnance in Vallejo.
