Description
These residents have quite a few trucks stored on property (usually all there between late evening and early morning hours) and are very loud starting them in the morning. These are all commercial vehicles. Their business is even found on Google Maps. This is a direct violation of zoning regulations.

1. As attached in the picture below, they totally do have cars in their lawn. This is just the beginning of it as by the end of the day they will have multiple cars going all the way throughout the rear lawn. Many of these vehicles also sit there for more than 12 hours. Many of them get back by around 7 PM and then will sit there all around the house until 8-9 AM.
2. Where is the code that says this is okay? As far as I have looked throughout the Roswell zoning laws, this is purely a residential district. Commercial vehicles and businesses like this should not be allowed at all. Please link the relevant sections of your code that allow this. I can ask a lawyer to look into it too, but if you could link the relevant sections that would be helpful.
3. This is not just about the legality. They are frankly a nuisance to neighbors because they make extremely loud noises in the morning preparing. Consistently.

I have taken several images over three days to show the state of the property at different times. Timestamps are in the upper left. I had to do it over three days because I simply don't have the time to dedicate a full day to this. 9/15 images were taken during morning hours, 9/14 were taken during midday hours, and 9/13 were taken during evening hours after they come back. You can verify these timestamps with the EXIF data in the images.
In the morning they have a total of two full size commercial trucks on the premises, along with one large pickup truck and trailer, and another large pickup truck. All are sitting in the "paved" back yard...
At around 7-8 AM most of these start moving. Some of them don't leave... depending I guess on customer needs. During this time, employees park their car(s) on the premises, so the home basically serves as a parking lot for this company. The full size trucks are very loud starting up in the morning.
At around 7 PM most of them are back, the full size trucks move back to take the entire driveway up, and the employees park on the side (usually facing the wrong way). Also littering in the neighbor's yard while they park there, as can be seen in the 6:58PM shot on 9/13.
I am not sure what kind of business permit they have on file. I might go look through the permits to check on that. Either way, do zoning laws really allow for this kind of business to be run out of a residential home? They have at least two pickup trucks and then two large, full size trucks on the premises. And then during the daytime the home serves as parking for employees (the ones that don't probably live in the home, anyway). Again, could you please point out the exceptions in the zoning laws that allow this? At this point this is practically being used as cheap commercial property, that they also happen to live in. Like I said, it is even on Google Maps.
