This is happening all over the city. People are running business from their homes with no license or permits. Landlords only show up to collect the rent they don't check the tenants. We have cars all over the city with plates from other states that the owners live and work in New Haven. Collecting city and state assistance for free. Their individuals in Frank street that sell plates from other states to the immigrants. It is obvious that when you see one driving a vehicle they don't have a license, the vehicle is register under someone else insurance and registration, if they even have that. Frank st. and Adeline st. are full of cars with illegal plates, but no one sees to care about that. We, the tax payers for the city and state are tire of it.

This is a Health issue. The fumes from paint are dangerous if inhale.

We are trying to delineate issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve.
