franklin road south at route 10
one lane should be left turn only. the other should br lefr turn or straight. check traffic 8.00 am and 4.30pm

Completely agree. The line from Denville to Route 10 is very long during rush hour. When the light turns green only a few cars get through to turn left. Cars in right lane going straight are few. So cars jump into the right lane to "illegally" turn left to make the light. I've sat through 3 changes of the light.
