Description
Extensive constriction. No city permits pulled or posted on property. Everything is done during the weekend, so it wouldn't be reported. During this constraction, heavy equipment( including an excavator) were operated by an unlicenced person and teenagers who live in this house and who apparently doesn't know what they are doing.
