I was just walking here this morning and noticed that they are worse than ever. I don't think they were ever trimmed. Is there something that can be done so that they aren't impinging on the sidewalk?

ADVISED RESIDENT THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF SIDEWALK ABUTTING HIS PROPERTY NEEDED TO BE TRIMMED BACK. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF.
