  No rules being made up. That grass is way overgrown. They have a a whole team to take of these issues. You seem to be the o e making up rules and closing Other people's issues.Please let the correct people take care of these problems. Thanks

  Owner lives in Pembroke. Why is 'Quincy Gal' defending an absentee landlord who doesn't bother
  to get someone to go by once a week and cut the grass? Only the proper city department should be closing these issues. If the only problem at this property is grass less than 6", why isn't the appropriate city department closing the issue instead of Quincy Gal who likely lives in Pembroke?

  Tiredandretired this is a glitch in the system i'm told. I agree, only the city should be able to close issues. This is becoming a big problem with trolls. Thank you for your interest in your neighborhood!
