What is the issue?

When exiting Oxley Forest Court and looking left to see if anything is coming in order to go out onto Old Scaggsville Road, it is difficult to see due to the vehicles parked along that eatsbound side of the road. You really almost have to get out into the road to see if any vehicular traffic is coming up the hill.

Work Order written for NO PARKING signs.
