Description

Signal at Webb Bridge and Westside Parkway does not allow enough east/west traffic to pass through during morning rush hour (I travel through daily 8:20-8:40). At 8:30 this morning, eastbound traffic was backed up to Jamestown Trail; it took 10 minutes to get through the intersection. North/south traffic fully clears and then some on every cycle, but it routinely takes 4-5 light cycles for east/west traffic to make it through. Light at Morris also does not allow enough traffic through, causing further backup.
