This woman lives next to an elderly couple who is taken care of by their daughters. She supposedly trains dogs. It is an extreme health hazard for this woman not to mention the elderly couple next door to have to be subjected to the bug infestation caused by the laziness of this woman not mowing her lawn. If she trains dog's isn't that a health hazard in itself because of ticks and fleas? She tries to hide it by partially mowing her front lawn and never does her back lawn. Also in the winter time she never plows her driveway or shovels she just drives over it she also never shovels her front walk. She is creating a trailer park on Lincoln Street. Would somebody contact the health department? Extreme health hazard considering she has dogs or she supposedly training them? I guess all the elevators don't go to the top. Since this Photograph was taken it's gotten worse.
