I was also informed that they are Derelict Vehicles in the backyard as well.

They also have a large RV parked on Citrus hill Rd near the stop sign across from Orangeside Rd that has been there since September of last year

Vehicles (cars, boats, motor homes, motorcycles, trailers, etc.) must be in a condition that would allow them to be legally operated on the roads of the State of Florida. If a vehicle cannot be legally operated on the road because of a cracked or missing windshield, broken lights, etc., it is considered inoperative. If the tag is expired and/or the tires are flat, the vehicle is also presumed inoperative. Vehicles in working order with a current tag that have cosmetic imperfections are not a violation. Vehicles kept inside an enclosed garage do not constitute a violation regardless of condition. I'm a little unclear with your response. So if the car is inoperable it is ok to sit in a driveway and rot?
