Description

Within 15 minutes of raining our entire neighborhood is flooded with approx 1.5 feet of water. i walked the neighborhood and noticed alot of the open drains and drains with grates were cloged. Im aware its not a quick or easy fix. But is there a new grate design that will help with drain or during rain fall is it permitted to remove the grate to allow more water flow. I am attaching pictures of the street in front of my residence and also the intersection of 99th Ave and 61st way. i empty the drain at the bottom of my driveway daily but the drain rate is still insufficient.
