Thank you for your concern. This issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and resolve it accordingly.

Because it is so close to the train tracks, no one really takes ownership of this strip of land. It constantly grows back, and can be problematic for foot traffic, but also people coming and going from the office. It might be time to do something different with the landscaping, i.e. dig it up and plant a more sustainable landscape with minimal maintenance.
